Temus is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who digs beneath surface requests to uncover underlying business challenges and translates them into clear, actionable requirements. You’ll design adoption-focused solutions and own quality from requirements through delivery with testable acceptance criteria.

You’ll work with executives and diverse stakeholders, push back where needed, and champion value-driven scope.

Qualifications

• 6+ years as a business analyst on technology project.
• Experience gathering requirements from diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
• Proficient in Requirements Gathering, Configuration & Development, SIT, UAT, Training, Go-Live Support and Application support to users.
• Excellent analytical skills, able to understand and articulate business problem statement and use cases concisely.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Track record of delivering solutions that users actually adopted.
• Comfortable in complex, enterprise environments.

• Dig beneath surface-level requests to understand underlying business challenges.
• Translate vague business problems into clear, actionable requirements.
• Design solutions that drive adoption—thinking about end users from day one.
• Own quality from requirements through delivery with specific, testable acceptance criteria.
