Job summary

Temasek, a global investment company headquartered in Singapore, seeks a Business Analyst to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions within People Technology. You will collaborate with O&P, Technology, and business teams to analyse challenges, redesign processes, and deliver measurable value across the employee lifecycle.

The role emphasizes requirements gathering, process redesign, and solution implementation with exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Snowflake, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience in HR, People Technology, Digital Transformation, or Enterprise Systems.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, process redesign, and solution implementation initiatives.
• Experience engaging senior stakeholders and facilitating workshops.
• Exposure to Agile Methodology, SAP SuccessFactors, Snowflake, Power BI, or similar platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with AI, Agentic AI, RPA automation, or analytics initiatives is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions to identify needs and opportunities.
• Design future-state processes and recommend scalable solutions.
• Ensure requirements are translated accurately into system capabilities and business outcomes.
• Drive process simplification, standardisation, and automation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve employee and O&P experiences through technology and AI.
• Apply design thinking and continuous improvement methodologies to solve business challenges.
• Support the planning and execution of People Technology initiatives.
• Manage testing, UAT, training, deployment, and change activities.
• Track risks, dependencies, actions, and project milestones.
• Partner with O&P, Technology, Data, and business teams across regions.
• Build alignment on requirements, priorities, and solution design.
• Communicate insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders at all levels.
