Brick Base PTE. LTD. is seeking a driven Business Development Executive to grow new maintenance, repair, upgrading and renovation projects in Singapore.

You will leverage existing contacts with MCSTs, Managing Agents, facility managers and commercial clients to identify opportunities, arrange site meetings and close deals while building lasting client relationships. The role requires proactive networking, strong negotiation, and the ability to work with project and estimating teams to prepare

Qualificações

• 2–5 years of experience in business development, sales or account management within construction, renovation, property, facilities management or building maintenance.
• Existing network with MCSTs, Managing Agents, Building Managers, Facility Managers, Property Managers or Property Agents is advantageous.
• Experience selling building maintenance, renovation or related services is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop new business opportunities with MCSTs, Managing Agents, Facility Management companies, commercial buildings and property owners.
• Build and maintain relationships with MCST council members, managing agents, building managers, facility managers and property agents.
• Develop a referral network with property agents for residential and commercial renovation works.
• Identify buildings needing maintenance, repair, renovation or upgrading works.
• Arrange client meetings, site visits and project discussions.
• Collaborate with project and estimating teams to prepare quotations and proposals.
• Follow up on quotations, tenders and ongoing opportunities.
• Negotiate terms and assist in closing projects.
• Maintain regular contact with existing clients and referrals to generate repeat business.
• Develop recurring maintenance accounts and long-term client relationships.
