Job summary

Qualifications

• Relevant background in Contract Management, Quantity Surveying, Building or related fields.
• Experience with government procurement processes and public sector projects.
• Strong communication, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Meticulous and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of project cost planning, budget monitoring and cashflow analysis.

Responsibilities

• Plan project costs from initiation to post-construction and manage budgets.
• Co-plan and manage procurement works, including tender timelines and processes.
• Draft and review tender documents, respond to queries and support tender awards.
• Administer contracts, processing payments, variations, EOT and L&E, and finalize accounts.
• Attend site meetings to provide contractual advice and support.
• Track cashflow projections and prepare reports.
• Analyze cost data to support budgeting and planning.
• Support divisional policy reviews and ensure governance and regulatory compliance.
