Job summary

Motorola Solutions Singapore Pte Ltd seeks a skilled Bid & Quote Analyst to join our finance team in Singapore. You will model pricing, build bid P&Ls, and ensure governance and approvals are followed for key proposals, tenders, and contracts.

You will analyze market trends, evaluate competitive intelligence, and protect confidential pricing data while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA/ACCA certifications and familiarity with AI tools are advantageous.
• Minimum of 3 years of corporate finance or accounting experience in a multinational environment.

Responsibilities

• Formulate product pricing models by analyzing market trends, relative value, competitive positioning, product attributes, portfolio optimization, and market maximization.
• Provide actionable insights on how pricing strategies impact profitability.
• Gather and evaluate competitive intelligence, value maps, and subsidy structures to drive market leadership.
• Assess customer price sensitivity through thorough analysis.
• Prepare Bid P&Ls for proposals, tenders, and contracts.
• Maintain product cost databases and issue updated price lists timely.
• Lead and participate in bid scrub processes with required approvals and policy compliance.
• Protect confidential pricing and gross margin data per authorization standards.
