Job summary

Motorola Solutions Singapore is seeking a Bid & Quote Analyst to support pricing governance, cost modeling, and bid profitability. You will analyze market trends, competitive positioning, and data-driven insights to guide pricing for proposals and tenders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required.
• CPA/ACCA certifications are advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare Bid P&Ls for proposals, tenders, and contracts.
• Formulate pricing models using market trends and competitive data.
• Analyze price sensitivity and profitability impacts of pricing changes.
• Maintain cost databases and updated price lists.
• Lead bid scrub processes with approvals and policy compliance.
• Gather competitive intelligence and subsidy structures for market leadership.
