Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Marketing Manager (Business Development) in Singapore for the construction sector, focusing on ACMV and M&E. Qualifications

• 5 years of marketing or business development experience in an M&E construction company; ACMV knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive business development: identify new clients, market segments and potential projects at the pre-award stage
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, main contractors, developers and suppliers
• Network actively through industry events and associations
• Conduct market research and track competitors, sharing market insights with management
• Prepare company profiles, presentations and proposals for clients
• Maintain a client and lead database
• Work closely with the engineering, project, commercial and procurement teams
• Report to the General Manager / senior management
