Job summary

VSM TECHNICAL PTE. LTD. is seeking a proactive Business Development professional to identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across Singapore.

You will build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the engineering and construction industrial sectors, and visit clients to understand requirements and propose technical solutions. Responsibilities include preparing quotations with the internal sales support team, maintaining accurate sales records, and monitoring market

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in business, technical or engineering discipline.
• 2–4 years of Business Development or Technical Sales experience.
• Experience selling technical or industrial solutions to construction or engineering customers.
• Strong hunter mindset with proven success in developing new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop and secure new business opportunities across Singapore.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in engineering and construction industrial sectors.
• Conduct customer visits to understand requirements and recommend suitable technical and industrial solutions.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations with the internal sales support team.
• Maintain accurate sales activities and customer records.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand the customer portfolio.
• Increase sales revenue through strategic development initiatives.
