Develop, review and update project plans, budgets, and timelines.
Drive data, design and solution discussions with vendors and tech teams.
Directly lead teams of developers and technical analysts in delivering banking solutions.
Ensure successful execution within scope, schedule and budget.
Manage stakeholder relationships and escalation paths.
Partner with architects to deliver technical innovations aligned with business needs.
Plan upgrades and maintenance at supported release levels.
Identify and raise risks and issues, escalating as needed.
Drive testing strategy and manage testing cycles to resolve critical defects.
Organize governance meetings and prepare materials and minutes.
Ensure deliverables comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Direct offshore squad in day-to-day decisions and conflict resolution.
