Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP implementation and consulting experience in banking.
• 3 full-cycle SAP implementations in banking domain or similar.
• Strong knowledge of FICO, MM, SD, and HCM modules; ABAP/BASIS familiarity.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations or greenfield projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and regulatory/compliance focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation projects across FICO, MM, SD, HCM, ABAP, and BASIS within a banking ecosystem.
• Collaborate with business and IT to gather requirements and design SAP solutions for banking operations.
• Configure SAP to support financial reporting, regulatory compliance, procurement, and HR.
• Drive data migration, integration with core banking systems, testing, and cutover activities.
• Provide expert support for SAP S/4HANA/ECC, ensuring availability, performance, and security.
• Ensure solutions comply with banking regulations and internal audit standards.
• Work with development teams for ABAP enhancements and integration.
• Conduct user training and change management during go-live and post-go-live.
