Job summary

Tech Aalto Pte Ltd seeks an experienced IT Project Manager to lead technology initiatives within a banking environment. You will manage end-to-end delivery, aligning with the bank’s SDM and governance framework, coordinating across business, technology, and vendor teams to drive delivery and mitigate risks.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, governance reporting, and adherence to regulatory standards while maintaining delivery plans and RAID logs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• Strong IT project management experience, ideally in banking/financial services.
• Experience delivering large-scale banking tech projects or system implementations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery in line with SDM and governance standards.
• Plan, track, and manage activities across multiple workstreams (development, integration, testing).
• Collaborate with BAs, technology teams, QA and vendors for timely delivery.
