Job summary

CIMB Singapore is seeking a senior professional to lead partnerships with external intermediaries and drive referral-based client growth in Singapore and across ASEAN/North Asia. You will build relationships with real estate agencies, wealth managers and professional networks to source affluent and HNW clients for preferred banking services.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, wealth management or related industries.
• Proven track record in business development, strategic partnerships, relationship management or customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Identify, onboard and manage strategic external partners capable of referring affluent and HNW customers to CIMB Singapore.
• Develop partnerships with real estate agencies, property developers, mortgage brokers, wealth managers and intermediaries.
• Build senior-level relationships and develop mutually beneficial referral propositions.
• Negotiate commercial arrangements, referral models and joint initiatives.
• Establish scalable partnership models for recurring customer acquisition.
• Develop and execute business development strategies across Singapore, ASEAN and North Asia.
• Drive customer acquisition across key markets including Singapore and regional hubs.
• Coordinate partner-led events and campaigns to generate leads and opportunities.
• Track partnership performance with clear KPIs and reporting to stakeholders.
