Job summary

CIMB Singapore seeks an experienced Private Banking professional to design and implement strategic plans for growing the high-net-worth client base and assets under management. You will promote CIMB Private Banking products and collaborate with regional PB offices to deliver bank-wide wealth solutions while ensuring regulatory compliance.

The role emphasizes relationship development, sales excellence, and in-depth knowledge of investments, credit, and estate planning to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent in business, banking, finance or economics.
• CACS certification or other regulatory/licensing requirements.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in building client relationships and acquiring new clients.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement strategic plans to develop CIMB Private Banking client base and grow revenue and AUM.
• Promote CIMB Private Banking brand and products and continually enhance value propositions.
• Collaborate with PB offices across the Group to provide bank-wide solutions to high net worth clients.
• Achieve AUM, profitability and targets set by management.
• Build and maintain client relationships by analyzing needs and proactively implementing solutions.
• Coordinate with internal business units to deliver comprehensive wealth management solutions to target clients.
