Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of progressive experience in banking or financial services, with at least 5 years in leadership or senior management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
• Manage and cultivate relationships with key corporate and high-net-worth clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
• Oversee a team of financial professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with all internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and economic indicators to inform strategic decisions and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Lead complex financial transactions, including structuring deals, negotiating terms, and overseeing execution.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports and business proposals to senior management and clients.
• Collaborate with other departments to leverage cross-functional expertise and enhance client solutions.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the department.
