Qualifications

• Experience managing offshore banking teams and international portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking with cross-border compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and grow AUM.
• Drive acquisition of new clients and expand international portfolios.
• Ensure compliance with international banking regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with product specialists and investment advisors to deliver holistic solutions.
