• Oversee a team of financial professionals, providing leadership, mentorship, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
• Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform decisions and identify risks or opportunities.
• Lead complex financial transactions, including structuring deals and negotiations.
