Job summary

United Overseas Bank Ltd (UOB) seeks a Senior Team Head for Privilege Banking International (Offshore) to lead a team of Client Advisors delivering tailored wealth management to high-net-worth clients across borders.

You will drive cross-border business development, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with product and marketing to expand the international footprint. International travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field; MBA or CFA/CFP preferred.
• Min 5 years in wealth management/private banking, with 3+ years in leadership.
• Proven success in offshore banking and growing international portfolios.
• Strong leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Multilingual capabilities and willingness to travel internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Client Advisors to achieve sales and service excellence.
• Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth clients and tailor wealth solutions.
• Drive acquisition of new clients and grow assets under management (AUM).
• Ensure compliance with international banking regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with product, investment, and marketing teams to deliver holistic solutions.
