Job summary

Greensafe International Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven B2B Service Sales Manager to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth. You will prospect, network and build senior-level relationships to sell professional services, training, auditing, safety, environmental and outsourcing solutions to corporate clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of B2B service sales / business development experience.
• Proven track record selling services, consulting, training, auditing, outsourcing or professional solutions.
• Strong consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience dealing with corporate clients and senior decisionmakers.
• Strong business development and lead-generation capabilities.
• Ability to independently build and manage a sales pipeline.
• Target-driven, commercially minded and results-oriented.
• Excellent communication, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience in WSH/HSE/EHS, safety training, environmental services, ISO/quality consulting is a plus.
• Candidates with primarily product-sales experience may not be suitable for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, referrals, LinkedIn, partnerships and industry connections.
• Sell professional services, training, consulting, auditing, safety, environmental, quality and outsourcing solutions to corporate clients.
• Identify client needs and provide suitable consultative/solution-based proposals.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including HR, HSE/WSH, Operations, Procurement and Management teams.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, client meetings and proposals to negotiation and closing.
• Grow existing accounts through cross-selling, upselling and recurring service opportunities.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, provide accurate forecasts and achieve agreed sales KPIs.
• Develop strategic partnerships and new market opportunities.
• Lead, mentor and support the sales/business development team where required.
