You will develop and execute strategic plans, build lasting customer relationships, identify new opportunities, and monitor performance to sharpen competitiveness; start date is immediate; location near Rochor MRT, Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct the sales team to achieve client satisfaction and increase revenue growth
• Develop, execute, and oversee sales strategies and plans to meet business targets and maximize sales opportunities
• Define and implement approaches for acquiring new business and retaining existing accounts
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers by understanding their business objectives and needs
• Foster customer relationships to achieve targeted revenue goals
• Promote a positive and motivating environment within the sales team to enhance performance
• Investigate and resolve issues impacting sales performance to improve outcomes
• Monitor industry trends and leverage changes to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities
• Review and analyze sales performance reports to inform strategic decisions and improve sales effectiveness
