Job summary

Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a results-driven B2B sales professional to drive new business and manage strategic client relationships in the printing and marketing space. You will identify new clients via cold calling, networking, and events, nurture client partnerships, and coordinate with production and design teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience in printing/packaging industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience managing a complex sales pipeline and key accounts.
• Strong knowledge of printing processes and materials.
• Ability to recommend print and marketing solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized with multiple projects and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure new B2B clients through various channels.
• Build relationships by understanding client marketing and operational needs.
• Manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts with revenue growth.
• Develop strategies to expand opportunities within existing accounts.
• Present and promote full range of products and services.
• Prepare accurate quotations and service agreements.
• Negotiate pricing and project specifications.
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Serve as the primary contact between clients and internal teams.
• Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM.
