Recruit Now Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Business Development Executive to grow new business opportunities for customised software and digital transformation solutions. You will prospect for potential clients through cold calling, networking and referrals, understand their software needs and recommend suitable solutions, with a strong focus on meeting monthly targets and building relationships.

Location: Singapore, 5 days a week, with a commission-based earnings model including quarterly

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Prior experience in a B2B sales-oriented role is preferred
• 100% Hunter role (No leads provided)

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Identify software needs of potential clients and suggest appropriate solutions
• Seek out and secure meetings with key decision makers
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
• Achieve monthly sales targets and goals
