Job summary

Greenpac (S) Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Sales Executive to drive sales of our packaging solutions and related services, leveraging consultative selling and industry expertise to help customers find the best products.

You will build and manage a sales pipeline, develop proposals, evaluate project financials, and foster long-term partnerships with customers while collaborating with operations, procurement, production and service teams to ensure seamless delivery and satisfaction.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of B2B or industrial sales experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle objections.
Proficient in CRM tools and sales technologies.
Self-motivated with attention to detail and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

Build and manage a sales pipeline, set budgets, track performance and hit targets.
Develop proposals that meet customer needs using Greenpac's packaging solutions.
Evaluate project financials and prepare business cases for pricing and costs.
Foster long-term partnerships and manage relationships to drive growth.
Collaborate with operations, procurement, production and service teams for seamless execution.
Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to stay competitive.
Prepare periodic sales reports and forecasts for management.
