You will identify prospects, build strong client relationships, and implement effective sales strategies in a fast-paced trading environment. The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience in packaging or related industries, with fluency in English and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in packaging, manufacturing, or related industries.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate with diverse clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software to manage sales pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Promote and generate sales of ASTAR's flexible packaging materials in Singapore and South East Asia.
• Conduct market research, prospecting, and networking to identify potential clients.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers to foster long-term growth.
• Formulate and execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team targets.
• Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to close deals and maximize revenue.
• Address and resolve customer concerns to maintain high satisfaction and loyalty.
