Job summary

Aid Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Business Development Executive to identify and win opportunities across architectural acoustics, interior design, and building materials in Singapore.

You will work with architects, designers, contractors, consultants, developers, and partners, driving enquiries from first contact through commercial follow-up. You should be commercially minded, a strong communicator in English and Mandarin, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, business or marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent interpersonal and client-facing skills.
• Good organisational and project management abilities.
• Fresh graduates welcome; strong commercial potential.
• Experience in architecture, construction, interiors, building materials, or B2B sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across architects, designers, contractors, consultants and developers.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Follow up on enquiries, leads, quotations, and active opportunities.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, quotations, and other commercial materials.
• Research upcoming projects, market segments, competitors, and potential clients.
• Support opportunities through specification, quotation, negotiation, and award.
• Coordinate samples, technical information, presentations, and follow-ups.
