Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at Woodlands Link. The role focuses on creating business action plans, analyzing new venture integration, and coordinating with stakeholders to drive revenue growth.

You will develop market strategies, manage client relationships, and support marketing initiatives while identifying new markets and opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Management.
• Successful track record in Project management.
• Some understanding of B2B sales.
• Valid class 3 driving license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and evaluate industry trends and customer drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy.
• Manage proposal response process, including detailed RFP requirements, content creation, and inputs from various sources.
• Develop and implement overarching outbound sales and business development strategy, sales structure, and best practices across the company.
• Support deal structure and pricing with business value analysis.
• Maintain and share professional knowledge through education, networking, events, and presentations.
