is seeking a motivated Sales Executive in Singapore to drive business growth by developing new opportunities and managing client relationships in the door and construction industry. The role involves promoting door products, following up on inquiries and tenders, identifying new opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams to fulfill orders while maintaining profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or account management.
• Experience in the door, building materials, or construction industry.
• Experience selling doors, architectural products, building materials, metal works, or construction-related products.
• Familiarity with contractors, developers, architects, consultants, or construction project sales.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Valid driving license is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to expand market presence.
• Promote and sell door products and related solutions to contractors, developers, architects, consultants, and other industry clients.
• Follow up promptly on enquiries, quotations, tenders, and ongoing projects to secure sales.
• Identify upcoming construction projects and potential sales opportunities through market research and client engagement.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product introductions to effectively communicate product benefits.
• Analyze customer project requirements and recommend suitable products and solutions to meet their needs.
• Coordinate internally with project, technical, production, and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Negotiate pricing and commercial terms to secure orders while maintaining profitability.
• Maintain positive customer relationships and provide after-sales support to enhance client satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall business growth.
