Job summary

TAK PRODUCTS & SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Executive in Singapore to grow our client base among interior designers, architects, contractors and industry stakeholders. You will foster long-term partnerships, present products, and represent the brand at client meetings and industry events.

You will also travel for client visits and exhibitions, promote our solutions, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure order execution and after-sales support in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must possess own vehicle for site visits and meetings (transport allowance provided).
• B2B sales experience is an advantage.
• Experience in building materials, interior products, or related industries is an advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel for exhibitions and client visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, contractors, and industry stakeholders to build long-term partnerships.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals to convert prospects into customers and drive sales volume growth.
• Deliver persuasive product presentations and conduct product training sessions.
• Monitor sales trends, competitor activities, and market developments to recommend sales strategies.
• Identify business opportunities and upsell relevant products and solutions to clients.
• Ensure updates of sales activities and pipeline in CRM and journals.
