Job summary

Frasers Property Limited is seeking a hands-on strategic data professional to synthesise multi-country investment information and deliver clear, senior-level recommendations. The role emphasises analytical rigour, technical data analysis, and concise communication in a small, high-performance team.

You will develop dashboards in Power BI, cleanse large datasets, and partner with cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive performance across asset classes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is an advantage.
• Meaningful experience in strategy, portfolio management, investment management, planning, data analytics, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in Power BI, including data modelling and dashboard creation; strong Power Query skills for cleansing/transformation.
• Proven experience conducting trade-off analyses and presenting well-structured recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to translate technical details into business insights.

Responsibilities

• Support development and analyses of strategic issues, including in-depth business review, investment/divestment review, and strategy development.
• Conduct trade-off analysis on complex business scenarios and articulate clear recommendations to senior management.
• Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate findings and track performance metrics.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyse large data sets to distill key insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on priorities, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present succinct reports, business cases, and presentations to facilitate senior stakeholder discussions.
• Mentor colleagues as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment without formal people management responsibility.
• Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable insights for the organisation.
