Job summary

Broadway Malyan Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking an analytical Workplace and Data Analyst to transform workplace data into actionable insights that drive optimization, portfolio performance, and employee experience.

You will build and maintain dashboards in Power BI and Tableau, manage data quality, and provide executive-ready reports to global stakeholders across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, statistics, information systems, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in analytics, BI, reporting, data management, or workplace analytics.
• Strong experience building dashboards and delivering executive-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain workplace analytics dashboards, reporting frameworks, and performance metrics.
• Analyse occupancy, utilization, portfolio performance, and workplace effectiveness trends.
• Manage data quality through cleansing, validation, standardization, and governance activities.
• Consolidate data from multiple sources to deliver meaningful business insights and recommendations.
• Support executive reporting, presentations, stakeholder reviews, and strategic decision-making.
• Drive innovation through enhanced reporting, visualization, automation, and business intelligence solutions.
• Conduct benchmarking studies and identify opportunities for workplace optimization and operational excellence.
• Support procurement, vendor evaluations, workplace consulting engagements, and strategic initiatives.

About You

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Statistics, Information Systems, Real Estate, Economics, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• 5-8 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, reporting, data management, or workplace analytics.
• Strong experience building dashboards and delivering executive-level reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills with experience in PowerBI, Tableau, SQL, Python, Alteryx, or similar analytics tools.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations.
• Experience with workplace, facilities, real estate, occupancy, or portfolio data is an advantage.
• Comfortable working with global stakeholders across multiple regions and time zones.
