Job summary

Frasers Property Limited seeks an Assistant Director for Group Strategy & Planning to lead strategic analyses, build dashboards in Power BI, and present insights to senior stakeholders. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support development and analyses of strategic issues, including in-depth business review, investment/divestment review, and strategy development.
• Conduct trade-off analysis on complex business scenarios and articulate clear recommendations to senior management.
• Develop compelling dashboards and reports in Power BI to communicate findings and track performance metrics.
• Collect, cleanse, and analyse large data sets to distill key insights and support evidence-based decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, align on priorities, and implement strategic initiatives.
• Prepare and present succinct reports, business cases, and presentations to facilitate senior stakeholder discussions.
• Mentor colleagues as needed, fostering a collaborative team environment without formal people management responsibility.
• Monitor market trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate them into actionable insights for the organisation.

This role sits in a small collaborative team with a focus on performance. The emphasis is on individual contribution, analytical rigour, and technical expertise- especially in data analysis and visualisation.

Key Qualification
