MARQUESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a Senior System Analyst to support AML/KYC systems and deliver technology solutions across banking operations.

You will analyze requirements, translate them into system specifications, and collaborate with business units and IT teams to implement enhancements and fixes. Training and stakeholder communication are also key parts of the role. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 6 years of experience, preferably in

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
At least 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a Financial Institution.
Analytical skills to review data, requirements and gaps for improvements.
Attention to detail to identify errors and discrepancies.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
Effective time management to meet deadlines.
Proactive and collaborative team player.
Proficient in MS Office for presentations and documentation.

Responsibilities

Lead requirements analysis and translate into system specifications.
Design and document systems per SDM (Functional/Design Specifications, SIT scripts).
Collaborate with Business Units and technology teams to analyze processes and identify gaps/solutions.
Work with analysts and technical teams to implement enhancements and fix issues.
Facilitate stakeholder communications and track action items.
Provide system training and demos to colleagues and stakeholders.
