Qualifications

• Exposure to KYC/AML systems, regulatory platforms, or risk management/workflows.
• Exposure to AML/KYC-specific systems such as transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or RegTech platforms.

Responsabilités

• Requirements analysis and translating them into system specifications, mapping design and solutions, SIT, supporting UAT and post-implementation support.
• Design and document system in accordance with the company's Systems Development Methodology - e.g., Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, SIT Scripts, etc.
• Work closely with Business Units, users and technology teams to understand requirements, analyse business processes, identify gaps and solutions.
• Collaborate with Functional Business Analysts and technical teams to design and help implement enhancements, new features, and address and fix current issues.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders when necessary and track progress on action items.
• Instruct colleagues and key stakeholders on how to use the system through demos, training programs and documents.

About the role

We are hiring a Senior System Analyst to support AML/KYC systems and deliver technology solutions across banking operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Primary work comprises requirements analysis and translating them into system specifications, mapping design and solutions, conducting SIT, supporting UAT and supporting post-implementation.

• Design and document system in accordance with the company's Systems Development Methodology - e.g., Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, SIT Scripts, etc.

• Work closely with Business Units, users and technology teams to understand requirements, analyse business processes, identify gaps and solutions.

• Collaborate with Functional Business Analysts and technical teams to design and help implement enhancements, new features, and address and fix current issues.

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders when necessary and track progress on action items.

• Instruct colleagues and key stakeholders on how to use the system through demos, training programs and documents.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• At least 6 years' relevant experience, preferably in a Financial Institution.

• Advanced MS Office knowledge - PowerPoint for presentations, Word for documentation, Excel for data analysis/computing.

• Know-how in new system development or project implementation environments.

• Good to have: exposure to KYC/AML systems, regulatory compliance platforms, or risk management/workflow automation.

• Good to have: exposure to AML/KYC-specific systems such as transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or RegTech platforms (e.g., NICE Actimize, SAS AML, Verafin).
