Job summary

MARQUESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior System Analyst to support AML/KYC systems and deliver technology solutions across banking operations.

You will analyse requirements, design system specifications, and work with business units and technology teams to implement enhancements. A background in financial institutions, strong communication, documentation, and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 6+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.
• Analytical skills to analyse data, requirements and gaps.
• Attention to detail to identify errors and discrepancies.
• Good communicator with strong written and verbal skills.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders.
• Time management to meet deadlines.
• Proactive and team player.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge: PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Strong documentation writing and presentation skills.
• Know-how in new system development or project implementation environments.
• Exposure to KYC/AML systems and regulatory platforms is a plus.
• Exposure to AML/KYC systems such as transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or RegTech platforms (NICE Actimize, SAS AML, Verafin).

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis and translating them into system specifications and design.
• Design and document system per company SDM with specs and SIT scripts.
• Collaborate with business units, users and tech teams to identify gaps and solutions.
• Work with functional analysts and tech teams to design and implement enhancements and fixes.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications and track action items.
• Provide demos, training and documentation to help users adopt the system.
