Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 6 years' relevant experience, preferably in a Financial Institution.
• Analytical skills to review data, requirements and gaps to identify improvements.
• Attention to detail to spot potential errors and problem areas.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders and active listening.
• Time management to meet deadlines.
• Proactive team player who tracks deliverables and collaborates.
• Advanced MS Office knowledge—PowerPoint, Word, Excel.
• Strong documentation writing and presentation skills.
• Know-how in new system development or project implementation environments.
• Exposure to KYC/AML systems, regulatory platforms, or risk management/workflows.
• Exposure to AML/KYC-specific systems such as transaction monitoring, sanctions screening, or RegTech platforms.

Responsibilities

• Requirements analysis and translating them into system specifications, mapping design and solutions, SIT, supporting UAT and post-implementation support.
• Design and document system in accordance with the company's Systems Development Methodology - e.g., Functional Specifications, Design Specifications, SIT Scripts, etc.
• Work closely with Business Units, users and technology teams to understand requirements, analyse business processes, identify gaps and solutions.
• Collaborate with Functional Business Analysts and technical teams to design and help implement enhancements, new features, and address and fix current issues.
• Facilitate communication between stakeholders when necessary and track progress on action items.
• Instruct colleagues and key stakeholders on how to use the system through demos, training programs and documents.
