Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience, preferably in a financial institution.

• Able to work with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Knowledge of KYC/AML systems is a plus.
• Experience in system development or project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements and translate them into system specifications and design mappings.
• Design and document systems per SDM using functional/design specs and SIT scripts.
• Collaborate with business units, users and tech teams to identify gaps and solutions.
• Work with analysts to implement enhancements and fix current issues.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and track action items.
• Deliver demos and training to ensure proper system adoption.
