Job summary

NCS is seeking an AI Mission Leader to translate complex domain problems into measurable AI outcomes across medicine and GenAI transformation. This senior executive sets mission direction, aligns cross-functional teams, and ensures delivery of high-impact AI solutions for enterprise clients.

Reporting to a C-level executive, you will govern programs, define KPIs, manage risk in regulated environments, and lead a team of AI professionals to deliver responsible, secure AI at scale.

Qualifications

• Executive leadership for complex AI programs with measurable outcomes.
• Translate domain challenges into AI solutions with metrics and delivery planning.
• Strong fluency in applied AI/ML and GenAI concepts.
• Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
• Proven track record shipping production AI in regulated/high-stakes environments.
• Ability to manage risk across privacy, security and safety with responsible AI.

Responsibilities

• Define AI missions with objectives, success metrics, and roadmaps.
• Lead executive relationships with customers, partners, and internal leaders.
• Prioritize initiatives across domains (medicine, GenAI transformation).
• Establish governance, cadence, and decision frameworks to keep programs on track.
• Define KPIs/OKRs and monitor model/business performance; drive iteration.
• Embed responsible AI across design, training, evaluation, and deployment.
• Drive adoption, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Hire, coach, and retain AI leaders; foster clarity, rigor, and mission focus.
