Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage end-to-end hardware and EDA software procurement across Asia. You will build strategic supplier partnerships, negotiate multi-million-dollar contracts, and ensure compliant cross-border delivery for AI compute projects.

The role requires 3–5 years in AI compute procurement, strong negotiation skills, and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams in a fast-growing tech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years in Asia AI compute or IDC procurement.
• Experience with cross-border procurement advantageous.
• Familiar with ODM supply chains and hardware BOMs.
• Track record in negotiating multi-million-dollar contracts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willing to participate in cross-time-zone meetings.
• Discretion with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement management: RFQ, negotiation, contracts, after-sales support.
• Build senior partnerships with OEM/ODM vendors; secure GPU allocation and discounts.
• Track compute hardware and EDA market trends; control spend and costs.
• Support long-term AI compute projects; manage cross-border delivery risks.
• Draft procurement and maintenance contracts; coordinate legal reviews.
• Maintain procurement archives and monthly spend reports.
• Align with internal tech teams for smooth AI project delivery.
