Job summary

PaleBlueDot AI is seeking a senior procurement leader to define and execute the global procurement strategy for AI Data Center hardware and infrastructure. You will drive vendor development, evaluation, and end-to-end lifecycle management for GPUs, servers, networking, and cooling systems.

You will optimise cross-border sourcing, accelerate delivery, and ensure quality while collaborating with technical teams to analyze components and negotiate with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience in global procurement for AI/Data Center hardware.
• Strong understanding of GPU/AI chips, InfiniBand/NVLink, liquid cooling systems.
• Proven track record delivering multimillion-dollar projects.
• Experience managing international supply chains and vendor networks.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and execute global procurement strategy for AI Data Center hardware and infrastructure.
• Lead vendor development, evaluation, and end-to-end lifecycle management for assets.
• Optimize cross-border sourcing to reduce cost and improve delivery lead times.
• Collaborate with technical teams on component selection, cost analysis, and negotiations.
• Manage global vendors and ODM partnerships to secure capacity and mitigate risks.
