Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• 3–5 years of Asia AI compute or IDC procurement experience.
• GPU server and EDA procurement background preferred.
• Cross-border procurement experience advantageous.
• Familiar with ODM supply chains, hardware BOM structures and EDA licensing models.
• Ability to lead multi-category bundled negotiations and draft contracts.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end procurement management: supplier development, RFQ, benchmarking, negotiation, framework contracts, order delivery & after-sales support.
• Build senior partnerships with domestic & overseas OEM/ODM/channel vendors; secure GPU allocation, production priority, volume discounts & tiered supplier governance.
• Track global compute hardware & EDA software market trends, control spend and hit annual cost reduction targets.
• Support long-term AI compute projects; mitigate cross-border delivery, customs & software licensing compliance risks to avoid supply shortages & delays.
• Draft procurement, EDA subscription & maintenance contracts, coordinate legal compliance reviews.
• Maintain full procurement archives, submit monthly reports on spend, cost optimization & supplier performance.
• Align with internal tech teams for smooth delivery of AI computing projects.
