Job summary

Bitdeer is seeking a seasoned datacenter network delivery lead to manage end-to-end network buildouts and capacity projects. You will own deployment planning for GPU clusters, cabling, spine/leaf configurations, and network automation, ensuring scalable, high-performance infrastructure.

Fluency in English and Chinese is preferred due to international collaboration. The role requires deep experience in large-scale networks, strong vendor coordination, and the ability to deliver on tight timelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Telecom required.
• 5+ years of delivery experience in large-scale data center environments.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end network delivery for datacenter builds.
• Lead full-lifecycle datacenter projects and deployment plans.
• Plan rack layouts for large GPU clusters.
• Design cabling for InfiniBand/RoCEv2 networks.
• Configure Spine/Leaf switches with 400G/800G platforms.
• Promote network automation via ZTP/Ansible.
• Develop rigorous network acceptance test plans.
• Collaborate with business teams on GPU cluster testing and handoff to operations.
