Job summary

Bitdeer is building a multi-region AI cloud platform and seeks a seasoned Cloud Project Manager to drive end-to-end delivery of data center builds, GPU deployments, and cloud platform software projects. You will coordinate across infrastructure, software, operations, and vendor partners to ensure on-time, on-budget, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT or related field.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
• 7+ years of PM experience in cloud infrastructure or data center delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for AI cloud infra initiatives: data centers, GPU clusters, network rollouts.
• Manage cloud platform software projects: control plane, billing, API, scheduling, observability.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and budgets.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across compute, network, storage, DC ops, and vendors.
• Manage vendor/contractor relationships and negotiate timelines.
• Govern governance cadences: steering, sprint planning, weekly syncs, exec reporting.
• Align infra delivery with software timelines for regional launches.
• Identify and mitigate risks; drive issue resolution across teams.
• Define PM standards, templates, RAID logs, status reporting; ensure repeatable delivery.
• Track KPIs: velocity, schedule adherence, budget variance, resource use.
• Support capacity planning and demand forecasting for leadership.
• Lead post-project reviews and continuous improvement.
