Job summary

SMBC Singapore Branch seeks a Senior Analyst, Administrative Coordinator to support the Strategic Transformation Office. The role covers administrative tasks, governance support, and stakeholder liaison across local and Tokyo offices.

You will manage meetings, prepare materials, handle expenses, and maintain records while ensuring confidentiality and high attention to detail in a fast-paced, global environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a team assistant or administrative coordinator in a large or international org.
• Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal English; Japanese proficiency required to communicate with Japanese-speaking stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate office supplies, onboarding/offboarding, and other admin tasks.
• Prepare and disseminate internal communications and documents.
• Handle expenses, claims, and invoice processing.
• Maintain physical and digital filing systems and distribution lists.
• Coordinate STO meetings, prepare reports and materials, track attendance, and follow up on items.
• Liaise with Tokyo Head Office, group companies, vendors and other stakeholders.
• Assist with town halls and STO-wide events.
• Identify opportunities to standardize routine administrative processes.
