Job summary

XILINX SALES INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Customer Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end operations between AMD and customers.

You will uphold knowledge of the customer's business strategies and build relationships at operational and managerial levels to resolve issues and improve processes. Responsibilities include processing orders in SAP, coordinating with internal teams, analyzing KPIs and supporting revenue attainment while driving cost efficiencies and service

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with related industry experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain customer relationships across levels.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer orders and enter into SAP per procedures and SLAs.
• Process order data quickly and accurately in multiple systems.
• Understand terms and account instructions to manage changes, cancellations or maintenance of orders.
• Handle Return Material Authorization (RMA) routing and resolution.
• Develop strategic relationships to increase satisfaction and business opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Planning, Logistics and Finance to resolve issues.
