Job summary

Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end operations between AMD and its accounts from Singapore. You will own order processing, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration to resolve issues and drive satisfaction.

In this role, you’ll leverage SAP/ERP systems, analyze KPIs, and partner with Sales, Planning, Logistics and Finance to optimize processes, reduce costs, and support revenue attainment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in customer operations and order management.
• Experience with SAP/ERP systems and strong stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer orders in SAP and ensure SLA adherence.
• Process order data across systems quickly and accurately.
• Handle Returns via RMA and manage exceptions.
• Build strategic relationships to improve customer satisfaction.
