Responsibilities

• Receive and enter customer order information into SAP per procedures and SLAs.
• Process order data quickly and accurately into systems.
• Manage returns and RMA processes; facilitate internal/external collaboration.
• Develop relationships to increase satisfaction and drive opportunities.
• Support revenue attainment by identifying supply risks and opportunities.
