Job summary

AMD Singapore is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist to manage end-to-end operations between AMD and accounts. You will maintain customer relationships at operational and managerial levels, leverage data-driven tools, and drive efficiency across order management, delivery, and forecasting.

The role emphasizes hands-on SAP/ERP use, cross-functional collaboration, and a customer-centric approach to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience in customer operations and order management.
Proficient with SAP/ERP systems and planning tools.
Strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Receive customer order information and enter requests into SAP according to procedures and SLAs.
Process order data from customer and AMD requests quickly and accurately.
Understand terms and account instructions to change, cancel, or maintain orders.
Understand RMA processes to create and route returns.
Develop strategic relationships with customers to improve satisfaction and drive opportunities.
Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance and others to resolve issues and drive improvements.
Collaborate to prevent issues and address escalations; identify supply risks and opportunities.
