Job summary

AMD is seeking a Customer Operations Specialist in Singapore to manage end-to-end order operations, leverage SAP/ERP systems, and strengthen relationships across AMD and customer teams. The role focuses on resolving orders, RMAs, and operational issues while driving efficiency and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in customer operations, order management and SAP/ERP systems with strong stakeholder management, analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Customer-centric mindset and ability to leverage AI and data-driven tools to improve efficiency, reporting and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Receive customer order information and enter requests into SAP per procedures and SLAs.
• Process order-related data quickly and accurately into various systems.
• Understand terms and account instructions to modify, cancel or maintain orders.
• Understand RMA processes to route returns from customers to AMD.
• Develop strategic relationships to increase satisfaction and opportunities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Planning, Logistics, Finance and other teams to resolve inquiries.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to prevent issues and drive improvements.
• Support revenue by identifying supply risks and opportunities.
• Analyze internal KPIs and customer metrics to support decisions.
