Job summary

Curtin Singapore is seeking a Scheduling Executive to oversee the planning, coordination and publication of academic schedules, class timetables and exams. The role also manages staff induction, recruitment of sessional academics and teaching contracts, ensuring efficient use of learning spaces and resources.

The successful candidate will coordinate timetable planning, update scheduling data in the LMS, and liaise with enrolment teams to open/close classes during Week 1-2 of each study period,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in academic scheduling, timetabling, or related administrative roles.
• Familiarity with learning management systems and academic scheduling tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and publish class timetables, exams, and assessments.
• Coordinate space bookings and resource allocation for learning spaces.
• Induct, recruit, and onboard sessional academics; manage teaching contracts.
• Ensure alignment of timetable with units, delivery, and tuition patterns.
• Maintain and update scheduling information in Navigate Timetable and LMS.
• Work with Enrolment Team on opening/closing classes in Week 1-2.
• Produce Final Examination Schedule; address conflicts and constraints.
• Prepare reports on scheduling for stakeholders.
