Job summary

PARADIGM RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a Night Shift Warehouse & Operations role combining physical cargo handling, forklift operation, delivery fulfillment, and basic backroom cashier/admin duties.

You will load and unload cargo, verify orders, obtain signatures, operate a forklift, perform heavy lifting, and assist with cash counting and data entry in the backroom. Night shifts run 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM, four to five days a week including weekends and public holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
• Valid Forklift Operating License.
• Good English communication skills; physically capable of heavy lifting.

Responsibilities

• Warehouse & Logistics: Load, unload, and move items to designated areas; ensure cargo is secured.
• Order & Customer Fulfillment: Check order completeness, obtain signatures, deliver quality service.
• Forklift Operations & Heavy Lifting: Perform heavy lifting and operate a forklift as required.
• Ad-Hoc Cashier & Admin: Assist backroom cashiers with cash counting and basic data entry.

• Order & Customer Fulfillment:Check order completeness before and after delivery, obtain customer signatures/endorsements, and deliver quality customer service.

• Forklift Operations & Heavy Lifting:Perform heavy lifting duties and operate a forklift as required.

• Ad-Hoc Cashier & Admin:Assist backroom cashiers with cash counting, collation, and basic data entry.

Requirements

• Qualifications:Minimum GCE 'N' Level.
• License:ValidForklift Operating License.
• Skills & Physical Ability:Good English communication skills; physically capable of heavy lifting.
• Shift & Schedule:Night Shift ONLY (8:00 PM-8:00 AM); 4 to 5 working days per week, including weekends and Public Holidays.
