is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to coordinate and perform general warehouse activities in Singapore, including receiving, shipping, stock checks, labeling and decoding, and the release of outbound shipments. The role emphasizes safe operation of material-handling equipment, independent work, and collaboration with team members; lifting up to 15 kg, basic computer skills, and WMS familiarity are considered assets.

Qualifications

• Able to work 4 days per week on a rotating shift basis, with working hours scheduled between 8:30 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Working schedules may vary according to operational requirements and will be communicated in advance.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Team Player with ability to collaborate with others
• Self-starter & well organized
• Able to lift and move products/cartons up to 15 kg.
• Able to read fine print on product labels and perform accurate product checking.
• Basic computer skills and WMS knowledge/experience will be an advantage.
• Forklift licence is an advantage but not mandatory.
• WMS System Knowledge

• Perform Labelling of products / goods (Beauty Products etc)
• And other activities assigned by Supervisor.
• Responsible for inventory housekeeping from pallet storage to shelving locations. Pallets with low inventory quantities will be transferred to shelving locations to optimize pallet space utilization.
• Responsible for handling requests from business stakeholders (Entities / Sales / Procurement) to take physical product photos for customer or supplier requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities

The Warehouse Assistant is responsible for coordinating and performing general warehouse operations and activities including shipping and receiving deliveries, conducting stock checks, documenting warehouse transactions and records, and storing of inventory, picking and packing, labelling and decoding, and releasing outbound shipments. He/she is also responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the material-handling equipment.
